pg365 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pg365 online gaming platform available at pg365.ws (hereinafter "the Platform"), you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

• In cases where deposits were made via a specific payment channel, pg365 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same channel as part of anti-money laundering compliance.

pg365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pg365 promotions include:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or live game-show formats.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by pg365.
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

All content available on the pg365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and structural layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of pg365 or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pg365.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any pg365 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written permission.

pg365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond pg365's reasonable control.

pg365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. pg365's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

pg365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pg365 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by both means.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page shall be the version in force. Prior versions are superseded in their entirety upon publication of a revised version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. Where the dispute involves a licensed gaming matter, the relevant dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR may also apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
